Save Baby of Riti Jha

Dear Well-Wishers,

A premature baby boy (Baby of Riti Jha), born on 07 August 2025, is currently admitted in The Children’s Hospital, Mumbai. He was born at just 29 weeks + 5 days, weighing only 1.1 kg, and is suffering from Respiratory Distress Syndrome which required surfactant support.

Doctors have advised that the baby requires continued treatment in the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) for about 21 days, with:
Non-invasive ventilation and oxygen support

IV fluids and antibiotics

Gradual establishment of oral feeds


The hospital has estimated the treatment cost to be around ₹6,00,000 (Six Lakhs) excluding additional medicines and investigations.

The baby’s family is going through a very difficult time emotionally and financially. His survival depends on immediate and continuous medical care, which is beyond the family’s financial capacity.
